Joseph-Aurèle Plourde, OC (born January 12, 1915) is the Canadian Archbishop Emeritus of Ottawa.
Born in Saint-François-de-Madawaska, New Brunswick, he was ordained a priest in 1944. In 1964 he was appointed Auxiliary Bishop of Alexandria in Ontario. In 1967, he was made Archbishop of Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Ottawa and retired in 1989.
In 1989, he was made an Officer of the Order of Canada.
